Sharon Ordor is an Associate at BlueMark focused on delivering impact verification services, impact assurance services and conducting industry research. Following an internship in summer 2023, Sharon joined BlueMark’s New York team on a full-time basis in July 2024.

Sharon is an exam-qualified ICAEW accountant awaiting membership approval. Prior to joining BlueMark, she worked as an Indirect Tax Consultant with global firms including PwC, Price Bailey Chartered Accountants and Macintyre Hudson- Baker Tilly.

Sharon holds a BsC in Accounting and Finance from the University of Exeter and an MPA in Economic and Political Development from Columbia University. As part of her graduate studies, she travelled to Cambodia and conducted extensive research into the country’s microfinance and impact investing landscape.

In addition to these roles, Sharon has participated in various investor accelerator programmes that seek to deploy capital to underserved regions. She is passionate about developing context specific impact measurement tools and metrics that do not abstract from a business’ core competencies.
