Paulina Perez is a Associate at BlueMark focused on impact assurance and verification. Paulina joined BlueMark in January 2023 and is based in London.

Before joining BlueMark, Paulina was an Investment Analyst at New Ventures, a leading impact investing and venture capital firm in Mexico, where she led a project to design an investment mechanism to unlock access to gender-smart capital and foster quality health solutions in Latin America.

Prior to that, Paulina was a Corporate Lawyer at Galicia, a leading transactional firm, where she worked on M&A and Wealth Management transactions focused on legal analysis, due diligence, risk assessments and corporate governance strategies, in addition to collaborating in the strengthening of the firm’s ESG strategy.

Paulina holds a Bachelor of Laws from ITAM where she wrote her BA thesis on creating a legal framework and compliance standards for social enterprises in Latin American markets. Paulina holds an MBA from Hult International Business School.
