Kelvin Fu serves as an APAC Advisor at BlueMark. Kelvin is the Co-Founder and Managing Partner at Gunung Capital and also serves as Chief Transformation Officer at PT Gunung Raja Paksi Tbk (GRP). In his role at Gunung Capital, Kelvin oversees deal sourcing, structuring, analysis, and portfolio management across investments in infrastructure, building materials, commodities, and sustainability, with a strong focus on decarbonization and carbon credit projects. His leadership has been pivotal in elevating portfolio companies from loss-making entities to record profitability.

As Chief Transformation Officer at GRP, Kelvin has been instrumental in driving change management, overseeing strategic realignment, guiding the transformation of business goals, process optimization, and technological advancement to achieve substantial turnarounds.

Kelvin holds a Bachelor’s in Political Science from the National University of Singapore, a Master’s in Applied Finance from Macquarie University, and an M.B.A. from the Johns Hopkins Carey Business School. He is an active member of the Milken Institute Young Leaders Circle and the Young Presidents’ Organization (YPO).
