Kashvi Sikka is an Analyst at BlueMark focused on impact assurance and verification. Kashvi joined BlueMark in the Summer of 2026.

The summer before joining BlueMark, Kashvi was an intern at 60 Decibels, an impact measurement firm, where she helped create an impact ecosystem map and supported the launch of the firm’s newest platform for portfolio consolidation and expansion, Signal. Prior to that, she worked as a Research Assistant at a geopolitical consulting firm and as a Data Science Intern at ITC, an India-based conglomerate.

Kashvi holds a B.A. in Economics and a B.S. in Data Science from the University of Maryland.
