Jessica Jones is an experienced accounting leader with expertise in building finance systems for mission-driven startups. She currently serves as Controller at BlueMark, where she leads the firm’s financial accounting function.

Prior to joining BlueMark, Jessica led the accounting department at NET Power, a clean energy company that went public through a De-SPAC transaction. There, she built the accounting department from the ground up and led the company’s transition to PCAOB-compliant financial reporting, positioning the organization for long-term success in the public markets. With a background that spans both private and public company environments, Jessica brings a strong operational mindset to accounting leadership, with a focus on building efficient systems and aligning finance with mission-driven business goals.

Jessica is a Certified Public Accountant. She earned a Bachelor of Fine Arts in Studio Art from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill and a Master in Professional Accounting from the University of Texas at Austin.
