Feier Zhao is an Analyst at BlueMark focused on impact assurance and verification. Feier joined BlueMark in July 2023.

Before joining BlueMark, Feier interned at Y Analytics as a Research Assistant on the Impact Solutions team, where she supported research and analysis of social and environmental impact from TPG’s existing and potential investment and the furthering of impact assessment methodology. Prior to that, Feier worked in impact evaluation and business development at Purpose in Motion (PIM), an education social enterprise based in Beijing, China. Feier also worked as a Global Campaigns Associate at Ashoka, writing stories on Ashoka fellows’ impact around the world.

Feier holds a master’s degree in international development from Georgetown University’s School of Foreign Service. For her capstone project, she consulted for Sagana, an impact investing advisory firm, in the design of an Outcomes Fund that addresses digital literacy gaps among young women and girls in West Africa. She received her B.A., magna cum laude, in International Studies and Applied Psychology & Human Development from Boston College.
