Anna Nikolova is a Senior Associate at BlueMark focused on the development of new and improved services and industry research. She joined the firm in April 2023 and is based in New York City.

Anna’s career began at USAID in Washington, DC, where she coordinated programs to promote social entrepreneurship and impact investing in the Global South. Following that, she had the great fortune to gain hands-on experience in deal sourcing as a fellow at Unitus Ventures, an impact investor in India.

As a complement to her graduate studies, Anna has conducted sustainability metrics research and served as a Sustainable Investing Fellow at Morgan Stanley. Prior to joining BlueMark, Anna was an ESG integration consultant to Fortune 500 companies, global banks, and private equity firms.

Anna holds an MPA in Environmental Science and Policy from Columbia University and a BA in International Relations from William & Mary. A native of Sofia, Bulgaria, she enjoys spending summers on the Black Sea coast with her family.
