Andrew Ermon is the Product Owner for Business Systems at BlueMark, where he leads the design and implementation of Salesforce and related technologies that strengthen data integrity, streamline workflows, and enhance collaboration across teams. He joined BlueMark in 2024 and is based in Texas.

Before joining BlueMark, Andrew spent over five years consulting for social impact organizations, helping foundations, nonprofits, and certification bodies modernize their technology infrastructure. He has led end-to-end Salesforce implementations, custom integrations, and process automations that helped clients reduce costs, eliminate technical debt, and improve operational efficiency. Earlier in his career, he held analytics and operations roles in the banking and energy sectors, where he developed large-scale reporting and incentive systems that drove measurable performance gains.

Andrew holds a B.B.A. in Management with a minor in Economics from Texas A&M University and is a certified Salesforce Administrator and App Developer.
