Account Set Up
How do I reset my password?

The login details in the introductory email were issued to a team member. How can I obtain my own login?
BlueMark has limited initial access to one user per organization, to ensure a single source of information during the setup phase and streamline oversight within your team. In the coming weeks, the team will release a set of features to allow multiple users per organization.
If you’d like to change the email/contact associated with your firm’s account, please contact BlueMark IQ with details on the transfer (new contact name, email address).
The BlueMark IQ site is blocked by my workplace. How do I proceed with setting up my account?
If you are unable to access the BlueMark IQ site, please contact your IT administrator to whitelist the domain (https://bluemarkiq.co/) to allow access. Please feel free to connect your IT administrator with BlueMark IQ and we’ll get this resolved as soon as possible.
Editing Fund Profile
I’m not sure how to edit my fund information.
BlueMark has released a set of 1-3 min. videos with information on how to edit fund details – profile information as well as impact performance – here. Please click through the folder to identify the area of support required and watch the video for more information. If you don’t find what you’re looking for, please contact BlueMark IQ with a brief description of support required.
I’d like to add more funds to the platform, but some aren’t BlueMark-verified.
There’s no requirement for your funds to be BlueMark verified in order to be listed on the platform – we’d be delighted to include them! Please learn more about how to do so by watching this video.
Am I able to edit my fund information on the BlueMark IQ directory at any time?
Yes – you can return to edit your fund information at any time – in fact, we hope you do so regularly!
Fund Profile Visibility & Data Security
Who has access to my fund information?
If you have chosen to be part of the BlueMark IQ directory, all LP users of the platform will have access to high-level information about your fund: fund name, fund manager name, fund headquarters, inception year, list of target geography continents, and (if applicable) name and year of most recent BlueMark verification. All other information uploaded to your fund profile is hidden behind an access screen, which means any LP wishing to learn more about your fund will have to explicitly request access, for you to approve or deny.
Am I able to adjust my fund profile’s visibility on the BlueMark IQ directory at any time?
Yes – please let us know at any time if you’d like to change your visibility status, and we can adjust your profile visibility accordingly. Please email us at BlueMark IQ with your request.
I’m an SEC-registered fund manager and there are restrictions on what I can share with non-LPs.
All information associated with your fund profile – beyond high-level information such as name and headquarters – is hidden behind an access screen by default. This means that while your fund’s name may be listed in the public directory, users will not know key details about your fund unless you accept a request to share that information with them. Every LP wanting to learn more about your fund will have to send you an “Access Request”, which you can then decide to approve or deny (meeting 506(b) requirements). Additionally, all allocators onboarded onto the platform are verified as accredited/qualified investors.
Will the documents I uploaded to BIQ be used by BlueMark for any verification or scoring purposes?
No, any documents you upload to your account will only be visible to your LPs of your choosing (please see this video on how to share/un-share documents with your LPs). Your documents will not be used by BlueMark IQ for any purposes.
